June 10 Sarah PicturesSorry for the much delayed pictures... just catch up with some pictures of her. She looks like her cousin Matt. That is how I feel. Her love for golf. Picture taken by her maternal grandpa - yes who introduce her to golf. Nov 2008 This is one picture --which she looks like her cousin Matt. Feb 2009 Yes she love trucks, excavators, etc.. any transport toys. Her love for her cuddly toys. Like most girls. Photo Taken back in March 2009Backtrack ... ![]() We ask her to smile.. she did and she even pose for the camera!! - July 2008 In the airport on the way to Bangkok. July 2008Here is some of my favorite photos I have taken :- ![]() ![]() My Favorite of all time - hot chocolate smudges on the corner of her lips, big o smile with her daddy. How cute is that huh? ![]() So now I have catch up with most of the pictures.. I am forgiven right? June 01 School Holidays Its school holidays. The roads are empty - no traffic congestion. It didn't dawn on me until I breeze thru all the traffic. Trying to figure out whether it is a public holiday or something. Sarah's school actually keeps open thru the holidays; which I am grateful. She is so active. She constantly keeps herself busy indirectly us too. The haze came -- needless to say, she had a cold/running nose. We took her out from school to monitor her for the fear that she would have fever. We had a scare 2 weeks ago. Her fever was up 106F. Good thing the hospital is like 5 minuets away ONLY!! Not complaining where we are living. We went in to the emergency room.-- cost was RM 75.00. Not complaining -- price is great; even it was emergency. She was off school one week. We have new videos up for everyone to view of Sarah. She just turn three years old (having fever on her birthday). She was active once the fever subsided -- yes, singing and dancing.. etc. You can imagine when she is healthy. Currently she is doing 50-60 pieces of puzzles. Doing subtractions & additions. Make up her own stories, words and even songs. She absolutely love writing, drawing, crafts and doing maze. We are still reading the novel book : My Father's Dragon - Chapter 4. Giggles when she feels is funny. Absolutely love books..her love for technology too!!! Her handles the camera very well. Yup, she love standing in front and behind the camera. She is ban from touching the computer. I really don't want to expose her to that early. Okie dokie -- leaving this link for you to view Sarah's new videos. click here Sarah's Videos Don't forget to rate them Excuse me about Sarah's hair do. We comb/brush it. We tied it up. Somehow, it always ended up being messy. Not very ladylike. Plus this videos were mostly taken when she was having her fever. Only way to keep her entertained without TV. TV is kinda of banned for her. She may only view it once a week. ![]() ![]() Both pictures were taken in November 2008. May 25 I scrap![]() Honestly -- I think every parent love their child's laughter and happiness. It makes us happy. The girl school was featured in the magazine. And Yes, Sarah was in the magazine too. Printer Scanner in the hospital right now. When we do get some time, will scan it then.. I need more time to scrap love it. May 05 Quote : "Rumbly Tumbly" -- Winnie The PoohAfter the New Year -- we were swarm by work, family and activities/appointments. Followed by Chinese New Year holidays -- which meant, we have to do more organizing with the family, business partners n our clients. Trying to get everything done before the long holidays.. as you can imagine. Of course by then, we were swarm with financial stuff to do -- YES people; tax season is just nasty. Calls, meetings, tax filing, more paperwork.. hey its great. We made profit. Not complaining, just wish we have more time... As for life itself -- taking Sarah to school is half day work already. Haha Anyhow, we manage to squeeze in some time off to do shopping for the little girl -- books, clothes etc. The house is finally settled in...We have all our furniture -- thanks to IKEA.. love that place. Manage to squeeze in playgroups done in the house for Sarah to enjoy -- some cooking, baking, swim, and art ( 2 times) Lots of hard work trying to coordinate food, people and children. But tons of fun!! We started reading chapter books to Sarah a lot more nowadays -- we reread Charlotte's web. Reading My Father's Dragon and Winnie The Pooh ( Disney) series stories -- not the short stories... She enjoys listening to it. After 2 chapters -- our throats are sore. We have to bargain with her. Letting her know that we will continue reading tomorrow.. Our little girl -- is not happy with her daddy the other night -- told her daddy -- " Daddy! You go TIME OUT!!" Yes that is our little girl. She even put her little cow toy on time out... Other strategies -- we refuse to let her play in the play area indoors supplied by the Saturday Brain school -- because of the previous record they had ( foot n mouth disease) .. The area has tons of balls on the ground and a big slide. She came up to mommy one day Sarah said " Ok mommy, you go outside and stay ok??" Mommy said " Sarah dear, mommy going outside is not going to change the fact that you can go in and play".. Sarah said " Mommy, leave ok??" As mommy explained to her for the second time, the other parents who were waiting for their children just couldn't help but giggle her strategies she is employing... Finally , promise delivered...2 years latter. Haha anyhow, made a promise to do a scrapbook for them two years ago.. so here is the result of it. That is the book cover. Just finish, delivered to us at our doorstep.. IMPRESSIVE printing!! ![]() ![]() Well that is all for now... I got rumbly in my tumbly -- Winnie The Pooh -- it "Chow" down time.. Lunch is calling January 07 Happy New YearIts new year..so school starts. Yippee for mommy and daddy. Horray for Sarah. ( She love school). Those 3 weeks of holidays was agonizing for Sarah. She was bored out of her mind; even though we were playing, reading, learning and writing. Having friends is different. She climb on top of the piano and dance, climb onto of the table and spin!!! I am having heart attack every time I turn around. The good news is that the Playground is near.. bad news is that the playground is very near!!!! Sarah asks us to take her there everyday. TV time has increase; exhausted all the things we usually do when she wakes up from her nap. Word play - writing, drawing, reading, play games.. ( everyday -- without fail) but still Sarah is bored. Our year ended with "just another day" feeling. But this year we celebrated Christmas and threw a nice kids party. Sarah totally enjoyed herself with her friends. As usual -- it was loud, and tons of kids screaming having fun. All gone home exhausted. Fell asleep in the car; as for Sarah; demanded us to put her to bed. Now how tired is that huh? No pictures -- just video this time. Unfortunately, my laptop died, hence no video editing program on old laptop. By the way, Thank you mom and dad for giving us the laptop ( the old) its even better than my laptop.. IT DOESN'T DIE!!!! My laptop is just past 3 years old.. Motherboard died. Replacing it would be 1/3 of the new laptop price. Its insane. The old laptop -- Toshiba brand its more than 7 years old; its still chugging.. Now school has started -- we now have to wake Sarah up from her nap.. she must have really enjoyed herself in school! |
